For busy parents, especially sports families
Never miss a game, practice, or pickup again
Carpool Brain is the family organizer for schedules, tasks, and activities across every team and school. It catches last-minute changes, and when two kids need two places, it drafts the ride request in your own messages.

Schedules, tasks, and last-minute changes live in too many places
Carpool Brain pulls activities for every kid, every team, and every school into one family plan. A calendar alone still leaves you short when two kids need to be in two places.
Scattered across inboxes and apps
Coach emails, team apps, school portals, and a signup thread all hold a piece of the week.
Tasks slip past the calendar
Permission slips, gear, and volunteer jobs are activities too. They rarely live next to the game time.
Changes land after you have left
A moved time, a different field, or a cancelled game shows up where you are not looking.
See ride requests for the hour you cannot cover alone.
How it works
One family plan for schedules, tasks, and activities. Setup is done for you.
01
Connect email and team apps
Gmail or Outlook, calendar feeds from the team apps you already use, and school emails you forward. Setup is done for you.
02
Choose your trusted circle
Add grandparents, team parents, a sitter, or a neighbor from your contacts or by hand. Pick text, email, or both for each person.
03
Get one family plan
Carpool Brain turns coach, school, and league messages into events, tasks, and activities, then keeps them current when something changes.
04
Alerts and ride drafts
You hear when a time, field, or plan changes. If two events overlap, Carpool Brain writes the ask and opens it in your own messages.
Ride requests
When you cannot be in two places, the ask is ready
Carpool Brain spots the conflict and writes the message. It opens Messages, WhatsApp, or email with someone from your trusted circle already filled in. You tap Send. It comes from your own number or inbox.
Mark who said yes, or forward their reply, and that person is added to the event. Trusted people do not need Carpool Brain.
Works with the apps your teams already use
Plus Gmail, Outlook, and school emails you forward. If it sends a calendar feed or a schedule email, we can usually meet it there.

What do you read?
Carpool Brain reads the schedule mail and calendar feeds you connect: Gmail or Outlook, team and school calendar feeds, and school emails you forward. It turns coach, school, and league messages into events, tasks, and reminders, and it notices changes such as a new time, a different field, or a cancellation. Setup is done for you. We never message anyone on our own.
Which apps work?
TeamSnap, GameChanger, SportsEngine, LeagueApps, SignUpGenius, ParentSquare, and similar tools that share a calendar feed or email a schedule. Gmail and Outlook are the inboxes we connect. If a league only writes to you, forwarding that mail works too.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel a monthly or yearly plan whenever you want, and you keep access through the time you have already paid for. The founding offer is $49 for the first year.
How do ride requests work?
When two events overlap, Carpool Brain drafts a short note, such as asking Mom to grab Sophia from soccer. It opens that draft in Messages, WhatsApp, or email, already addressed to someone in your trusted circle. You tap Send, so it comes from your own number or email. When you mark who said yes, or forward their reply, that person is added to the event. You can send a confirmation the same way. Trusted people do not need Carpool Brain.
Who is in my trusted circle, and who actually gets a message?
You add the people you trust, from your phone contacts or by hand: grandparents, other team parents, a sitter, a neighbor. For each person you choose text, email, or both. Carpool Brain prepares ride, pickup, and task notes only for people you approve, never for your whole contact list. Messages always come from you, from your own phone or email. We never message anyone on our own.
Can I connect ChatGPT, Claude, Grok, or my own agent?
Coming soon, for subscribers. The connection is included with the yearly plan and the founding year. You will be able to ask the assistant you already use about the family plan, including who is driving and a note you can send yourself. The monthly plan does not include it. Carpool Brain still will not message anyone on its own.
